1. Do tourists need a license to rent an electric motorbike in Vietnam?

Foreign tourists can rent electric motorbikes in Vietnam. However, whether a driving license is legally required depends on the motor power and speed of the vehicle. For safety and compliance, we recommend that riders have a valid international driving permit or equivalent license when riding in Vietnam.

2. Can foreigners rent electric motorbikes in Da Nang?

Yes. Foreign visitors can easily rent electric motorbikes in Da Nang with a passport and basic rental information. Many tourists choose electric scooters because they are quiet, eco-friendly, and easy to ride around the city.

3. How far can an electric motorbike go on one charge?

The riding range depends on the model and riding conditions. Most modern electric motorbikes can travel approximately 80–150 km per charge under normal city riding conditions.

4. Is charging difficult for tourists in Da Nang?

No. Charging an electric motorbike in Da Nang is relatively easy. Most accommodations, cafés, and rental stations provide access to standard power outlets. Charging overnight is usually enough for a full day of riding.

5. Are electric motorbikes suitable for Hai Van Pass?

Some high-performance electric motorbike models are capable of handling the Hai Van Pass route. However, riders should choose a model with sufficient battery range and power before attempting long-distance or mountainous trips.

6. Is an electric motorbike good during Da Nang rainy season?

Yes, modern electric scooters are designed for everyday urban use, including rainy conditions. Riders should still avoid deep flooding and always ride carefully during heavy rain.

7. How to charge the e-motorbike?

Each motorbike comes with a charger, allowing you to easily recharge it at your apartment. A full charge takes up to 6 hours. Alternatively, you can swap it for a fully charged bike at our store.

8. What items are provided with the e-motorbike?

For each bike, we provide two helmets and a charger. Additionally, every electric bike is equipped with a phone holder. With this setup, you can comfortably explore the city and nearby areas.

9. What models of e-motorbike we have?

We currently have the most popular and reliable electric motorbike models in Vietnam which are Vinfast Feliz Lite and Vinfast Evo Grand Lite. These models do not require driving license.

10. What to do if road incident occurs?

If an accident occurs, please contact us immediately so that we could assist you in handling the situation. Stay alert on the road, as traffic in Vietnam might be different from what you’re used to. We’re here to ensure you have a smooth experience as well as safe and enjoyable ride.
