Rental Policy
Tenant agree:
- Limiting 01 driver & 01 passenger. Wearing helmet and following traffic rules.
- A day of rental is equivalent to 24 hours, with the rental period starting from the moment the vehicle is received. Notifying 8 hours in advance to extend rental contract. Extending rental contract will not require re-signing. Extending rental contract requires the lessor’s agreement.
- Return vehicle on time. Returning late from 1 hour will be applied a late return fee of 20,000 VND per hour. Returning late from 8 hours will be applied full-day rental fee.
- In the event of a traffic accident, the party deemed at fault by the police will be responsible for all the occurring costs.
- Pay compensation for damage or loss of e-motorbike/helmet/key/charger. Cost will be following Vinfast 3S service.
- Maintain the rented vehicle properly, do not alter its condition, and do not sublet it without the lessor’s agreement.
- If you experience any problems while driving, you must stop and contact us for assistance.
- If the lessee fails to return the vehicle to the lessor after the lease term expires, it is considered an act of vehicle misappropriation. The lessor has the right to notify the authorities for handling according to the law.
- Do not use rented vehicles to transport prohibited goods, smuggled goods, or for any other illegal or illicit purposes.
- Do not pawn or mortgage the rented vehicles.
- In all cases, purchased services are non-refundable.
- The lessor has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if the lessee violates the above terms.
